So life got busy, and the blog got - well ignored. But I'm back in the office!
So what was keeping me so busy?
In the spring I volunteer with the Barrie Bombers Junior C Lacrosse club as the team trainer. This requires me to spend time all over southern Ontario with the team, providing pre/post game care as well as medical assistance during the game. Anyone who knows the sport of lacrosse knows it can be rough and I am kept very busy.
In July and August I was lucky enough to indulge in one of my favourite hobbies - canoe tripping. We set out to accomplish the infamous Brent Run in Algonquin Park - 140 km of paddling - 22 km of portage. We had a phenomenal trip - minus the wilderness first aid!
Now that I'm back what topics would you like to see on the blog?
That's all for now!
