About
I began my post secondary education at Trent University in Peterborough ON. Through an intensive education in Forensic Science I was able to pursue a career in genetics at the Center for Applied Genomics at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto ON.
Upon completion of my second undergraduate degree, I began my medical education at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2010. During my education at CCNM, I was able to take part in a clinical internship at the LAMP Community Health Center in Toronto ON and be a member of the Sports Medicine Focus Shift.
While I welcome all patients to my family practice, I have a special interest in injury and pain management, and pre/post natal care including labour and delivery support.
I am registered through the College of Naturopaths of Ontario. I am also an active member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND) and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND).
I was raised here in Uxbridge and am glad to be home!

My life outside of medicine...
Last fall I became a mom to a beautiful baby boy. When I'm not in the clinic I try to spend as much time with him, my family, and my friends.
In my free time I am an avid knitter and have recently taken up cross-stitch! You can also find me out on the lake in a canoe, or up at the cottage whenever I can be.
